IHP would like to counteract the severe shortage of healthcare professionals in the German health care system and ensure that qualified medical and nursing stuff from abroad is available. This often fails due to good integration and preparation. And this is exactly where we come in!

We accompany you already in your country of origin through the entire process of work preparation and adaptation qualification, prepare medical as well as qualified nursing staff for work in the German market with the help of various modules and arrange an attractive employment in Germany. We make sure that you have sufficient time to familiarise yourself with your new environment and that you are successfully integrated into your new workplace.

In my experience, the same problem also applies in many other countries. The idea? Creating a win-win situation for Germany. There is an urgent need for specialists in nursing and medicine.
